How do I make a time off request?

 
  1. In the list to the left select Home.
  2. Click on the Request Time Off button in the Benefit Time Balance card.  This button is also located in the Timecards area.
  3. Under Pay Code, select your desired time off pay code using the drop down menu.
  4. Under Hours Off Per Day, enter the amount of hours per day that you are requesting off for. Please Note: If the hours are not the same for each day, each day must be requested separately.
  5. Under Date Range, in the Start Date field, please type in or use the calendar button to select the starting date for the time that you are requesting off.
  6. Under Date Range, in the End Date field, please type in or use the calendar button to select the end date for the time that you are requesting off.  Please Note: If you are requesting a single day off, the Start Date and End Date will be the same.
  7. Under Notes you are free to type any communication you wish to send to your supervisor along with your time off request.
  8. Press the Send Request button.
